Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other methods
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that proposals, contracts, and marketing materials are consistent with branding guidelines and messaging
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with experience in agency or client-side roles
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Location: This is a remote/virtual position. The Business Development Manager will work from their own location and must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time.

Pay: Pay will be based on experience.
